1. About ScarvesiLove
ScarvesiLove is an independently owned shop specializing in curated vintage and designer silk scarves. We operate through Shopify and ship from Ontario, Canada.
2. Product Descriptions
All scarves are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. Due to differences in lighting, screens, and the vintage nature of many items, colors and conditions may vary slightly from what you see online.
3. Orders
When you place an order, it is considered final. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion. All sales are final, so please review your selections carefully before checking out.
4. Shipping
We ship from Ontario, Canada, using Canada Post. Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking may not be included on low-cost or free shipping orders. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once your order has been shipped.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details so we can review your case.
6. Privacy
We value your privacy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data.
7. Feedback & Reviews
We love hearing from our customers! By submitting a review or feedback (via email, website, or social media), you agree that we may use your words (with first name only or anonymously) in our marketing or website. If you’d prefer we don’t share your feedback, just let us know.
